🔈역사적인 피르마체인의 첫 번째 거버넌스 안건이 등록됐습니다.📌
코스모스(Cosmos) 표준인 IBC(Inter-Blockchain Communication) 프로토콜(Protocol)을 활성화하는 것이 목적이며, 이를 위해 두 가지 파라미터(parameter)가 변경에 대한 안건이 등록된 사안입니다.
